PROGRAM BREAKDOWN
WEEK 1 — KICKOFF EXPERIENCE
“Who You Are & Where You’re Going”
60-Minute Interactive Session
This week focuses on identity, clarity, and direction.
Participants will experience:
- High-energy kickoff + orientation
- Career clarity exercises
- Values and strengths exploration
- Direction-setting conversations
- Baseline self-assessment
- Introduction to mentors and accountability structure
- Peer networking and connection
Goal:
To help participants stop feeling lost and start understanding where they want to go.
WEEK 2 — POSITIONING + CAREER ASSETS
“How You Show Up Professionally”
90-Minute – 2-Hour Workshop
This week focuses on professional visibility and positioning.
Participants will receive:
- Resume-building walkthroughs
- Resume templates and support
- LinkedIn optimization training
- Personal brand positioning guidance
- Practical assignments + feedback
Goal:
To help participants present themselves confidently and professionally online and offline.
WEEK 3 — EXECUTION + OPPORTUNITY ACCESS
“From Ready to Opportunity”
90-Minute – 2-Hour Workshop
This week focuses on execution, readiness, and opportunity exposure.
Participants will experience:
- Mock interviews
- Live breakout room practice
- Confidence-building interview preparation
- Introduction to the Women Focus Canada ecosystem
- Access to future opportunities and community support
- Exclusive invitation to our upcoming pop-up workshop
Goal:
To help participants move from preparation into action.
ONGOING SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM
Participants won’t navigate this experience alone.
Support includes:
- WhatsApp accountability group
- Weekly mentor check-ins
- Assignment reviews
- Encouragement and peer support
- Access to a safe growth-oriented environment
