This event was meticulously designed to empower participants with practical tools and strategies to effectively managing stress in their daily lives.
A total of 81 individuals registered for the event.
The “Stress Management Hour” virtual event achieved its primary objective of equipping participants with valuable stress management tools and strategies. Attendees departed with actionable takeaways and a heightened understanding of how to identify and navigate stress for the betterment of their overall well-being.
Women focus canada Event
Women Focus Canada Inc hosted a Senior Nutrition Hour virtual event on July 29th, 2023, to promote healthy eating and nutrition for seniors. The session offered valuable insights, practical tips, and engaging discussions to empower seniors in making informed food choices for their overall health and well-being.
 
A total of 46 individuals registered for the event.
The event successfully fulfilled its objective of equipping seniors with practical knowledge and actionable steps to make informed food choices for their health and well-being. The participants left with valuable insights on embracing healthier dietary habits and enhancing their overall quality of life.
